SX Fretless Bass

It seems that fretless bass guitars are quite popular with some players and the SX brand do a number of these bass guitars. SX do a fretless model of their popular models such as the P and J bass plus some other interesting models. I was looking at the SX BG-180TM 3TS Fretless and rather liked it. It is made from 3- piece alder body, maple neck and rosewood fingerboard. It uses both P and J bass style pickups for a great variety of sounds. And its light weight at 9lb. Like all SX guitars it is cheap selling at under $140.
